large bruise on breat

I woke up with my breast really sore.  I look in the mirrow and there is a large red, pink in color.  I can bearly touch it.  I can't remember running in to anything, but could have.  Is there something I can do to ease the pain

Dear AAFarol, Over the internet without ability to ask questions, evaluate your situation, and benefit of physical exam it is difficult to advise.   If this persists it is best to check with your doctor who can evaluate the problem.
