ciali works wonders for me at times but there are times it dosn't work at all. can some one explain this phenemnon. whja to do to make it work 100% of the time?

There can be some biological reasons-- but don't discount the emotional and psychological possibilities as well. If you take the pill with other medications, drink grapefruit juice or drink alcohol you may impede the efficacy of the drug. If you have kept the drug a long time and stored it in a hot place or even too cold a place, the drug can be affected. You should also check and see if you missed a dose.



These can all have an impact, but so can your mood, your libido, your general mental health and the state of your relationship. Cealis is a wonder drug-but it still can't conquer lack of ardor or over all fatigue or perhaps complications from anger or feelings of rejection. Look first to the state of your relationship and your mood. You may find your answers there. If not, talk to your doctor about some of the issues I have mentioned above and see if you can isolate any biological factors.
