If you change birth control pills and don't miss a dose, is it possible that you could miss your period?

You need to go see a gynecologist and find out how the differences in hormone composition might have affected your period. Changing your birth control doseage could affect your hormones which would affect your cycle. Let your gynecologist know. She will want to know that you have skipped a period and make sure there is no medical problem or fertility implication.
