bleeding and stomach pain

I have been on implanion for 3 years and have recently had a new one put in, but i have been getting really bad stomach pains latley and have been bleeding heavly, and the blood is very pink. i waited two months two get my implanion changed and had sex inbetween that time is there any chance i could have had a miscarriage? i have done one pregnance test but it came back negative.
