How to make him last longer

by jen46342, Jan 17, 2007 12:00AM
How can I make my partner stay excited but also make him last longer?

by Pepper Schwartz, Ph.D., Mar 01, 2007 12:00AM
One easy way is to 'Play a little' and then have him withdraw and relax-- don't let tension build without interrupting it.

Another is the squeeze technique. When he gets really excited, put your thumb and forefinger on either side of the head of the penis and squeeze slowly and firmly. This causes the blood to go the other way a little and reduces the urge to ejaculate. He will relax, can get excited again, and then if he gets close, apply the pressure again. You can read about it in books by Masters and Johnson ( often with the third author, Kolodney) and the technique is described in detail.

One last thought- just let him ejaculate in the beginning of sex. Let him rest for awhile and then begin love making again. He will be less excitable and can probably have intercourse a pretty long time without having to have an orgasm.

We do it with Levitra or Vigra. It really works. I buy them from us-piils.com they are at discount prices.

Ummm, are these actual comments or are you people just here to advertise drugs???

If you want him to last longer there's a number of things you can try: more foreplay, switch to manual stimulation (i.e. with fingers) when he gets too excited, try numbing condoms (e.g. performax like durex offers)... you can even ask him if he *tries* to practice keeping an erection for a while when masturbating (if he always masturbates to ejaculate as soon as possible, then that's probably what his body is used to).

Some guys are just sensitive, but I think part of that's mental. Get him to try thinking about unarousing things during sex, at least while you are being pleasured by him and want to keep being pleasured for a little while.

I hope any of this helps!
