When my husband and I have intercorse i seem to never have an orgasm unless he spends about 20 to 30 minutes doing oral.  He get real fustrated about it.  Am I normal?  How can I get one faster or with out oral?

     That IS a long time to give oral sex! It's great that he does that for you but of course sometimes its just going to seem like a lot of work.  You can also use a vibrator ( there are all kinds of them and the two of you could pick some out on line to  play with ) and vibrators usually give a woman an orgasm pretty darn quick.  You will have to see if you want one with a very strong vibration or a subtle vibration, and whether you want one that is internally used, or just one that you hold on the outside and let it gently buzz the lips or clitoris of the vagina ( it can feel too strong to some women so if that's how you feel don't use it directly on the clitoris. Experiment to see what feels best.

you might try masturbating first.  If your husband is uncomfortable with the idea, you can do it in the bathroom or before he comes to bed.  My husband likes to watch me sometimes, and it helps him become aroused.  If you don't use lube, having an orgasm before penetration is a must, because it increases lubrication, and tightens the muscles in the vagina.  This makes the penetration more enjoyable for both of you.  Good Luck!

Nothing at all wrong with you.  It is common to need manual stimulation, and more than just a few minutes that a man may need, to have an orgasm.
