how do i reilef this breast pain?my girlfriend keep grabing and squezzing my breast it sort of felt good but after three hours they started to hurt.it felt like if high pressuer was added to my breast.so once againg HOW DO I REILEF THIS PAIN.

She may have irritated the nipple or the nerves in the chest. She may also have bruised breast tissue. The pain should go away after a few hours. If it has not, and you are still in significant pain, then something else is going on and you should go see a physician.
