Discharge After Sex

by AwkTopic, Jul 23, 2007 12:00AM
I have been married for over a year and every time after we have sex there is a large amount of discharge (mostly his semen) I am just wondering if this is normal? We are wanting to have a baby and so far have been unsuccessful. Could this be because most of his sperm are being discharged? Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Thanks

I think you need to go see a doctor and see if a- you have any allergic reaction to one another, b- if there is anything that might be causing infertility
The leakage of semen is probably not the problem- that happens with many couples-- but it is true that doctors will sometimes ask women to assume a sexual position that allows semen to pool near the cervix to help create a better chance of conception.

Go see a doctor to check out if there is any medical problem.
