Extreme Rash between legs

Sir, I am 38 year old boy,I had a rash between under legs and also under the bladder, small reddish spot visible but few ones few are black and skin looks like very dry

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts or due to frictional trauma or sweat rash or due to tight clothing.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.
