Testicle always moving (cremaster)and in pain

by BallsofFury, Aug 03, 2007 11:46PM
While sitting my left testicle gets kind of hot, the scrotum becomes loose and expanded and my testicle starts to ache worse and worse upon hours of sitting. Also during this time I can feel pulsation of blood in the scrotum and my left testicle is always moving, the cremaster muscle is in constant contraction and release. No urologist has been able to help, no varicocele, no hydrocele, no torsion, no epidimytis. If anyone can offer a similar situation and information on the condition, please do. Thanks

call your closest major university hospital with a large urology dept and ask for a doctor experienced in Orchialgia - pain of the testicles. Its a rare enough problem that many doctors have no clue. There are several things they can try, drugs, nerve blocks, surgical nerve striping, etc.
