What was your favorite fairy tale and Why??

by TimH2, Aug 04, 2007 10:06AM
My favorite fairy tale was Hansel and Gretel. I loved the way my Father would read it to me. He was so expressive and made the funniest faces. I liked it because to me it was scary and to this day I like scary/suspensefull movies. I don't like blood and gore, I like edge of your seat tension.

Tim I love edge of your seat tension too!  I love the Silence of the Lambs and movies like that.  As far as fairy tales - Bambi (you know how I love animals), Cinderella (I could relate to that growing up - not the princess part but the other stuff - oh you know! lol) and The Little Mermaid (not really that old but I loved that movie - still do).

I know it is sad but I hate hunting to this day because of it.  Which is really an unpopular view where I live.  I do not think the men here like my lectures about hunting but I don't care! lol

Snow White is my favorite. She got her prince in the end. Of course, she did have to live with 7 creepy little men to get that prince...hmmmmm....now that I think of it, Snow White had it pretty rough, didn't she? lol

Don't forget your 12 step meetings!!! Love ya cathy
