Vaginal burning and some itching and sore red bumps.

About 2 weeks ago,I started getting a yellowish white vaginal discharge and an itching sensation. I figured it was a yeast infection, but I started getting these red bumps on my inner thighs and one on the outside of my vagina. None on the inside though. The bumbs started getting a swelling red ring around them and some began to puss. I am also feeling extreme pain and some swelling of my vagina during and after intercourse. I don't have any health insurance, so I'm having trouble being able to go to the doctor's. Should I be concerned? what could it be?

I think you need to see your doctor. If money's an issue, go to the health department, or Planned Parenthood. They'll work on a sliding scale.

Ditto monkeyflower's post.  Don't go without getting this checked out.

Please get this check out.  I think you should get up right now and go to an emergency room.
