My Boss

I have a boss that consistently makes me look stupid in front of other employees...  it's a personality clash between us, I try to ignore him, but it is bothering me when I go to bed at night.. I can't sleep.... my heart beats so fast when I think of the next day, and what he will say... what is a good solution with handling this person.. Many others (mainly women) have quit because of him, but I can't.. I need my job.. I have been employed here for 18 years.. He has only been here for 2.. Please give me your opinion.  Thank you so much.

There are many options to consider, but I don't know enough to make a suggestion. I have developed a program for this kind of problem..it is the workstress topic on masteringstress. It is very inexpensive, and you will get a specific answer by the end of the day monday if you request a review by me.  Click the link above, and everything will be self explanatory. Its your job,and it deserves a careful thoughtful approach. you don't want to make a wrong decision here.
