short-term memory impairment and zoloft

I have been taking 150 milligrams of Zoloft for 8 years.  It has really worked for me and I am very grateful, but I have noticed a progressingly worse ability to remember short-term details.  I am 38 years old and do not have any other neurological symptoms such as headaches, etc., but since it has gotten worse ( and a little embarrassing) I am concerned that Zoloft is causing permanent damage to my memory.  What kinds if data have you found that addresses Zoloft and short-term memory function?  Thank you.

There aren't any data that I know about but you might consider contacting Pfizer to see if there are long term trial data. Another choice would be to reduce your dose and see what happens.  That will probably give you the best and most reliable information.
