Floaters like people come in all sizes and shapes, some move a lot and some are almost stationary. You need to tell your parents about the problem and have them make an appointment for you to see an Eye physician MD (ophthalmologist ) for a comprehensive medical eye examination.

I'm 13 years old and I have a series of lines in the middle of my vision that are continuosly moving (like this ||||||||||| moving to the right or left or up or down) please give any advice I'm so scared that there might be somethin bad that's wrong with me.

p.s. I have floaters I have been told they're harmless bits of protein, just so you know but this new thing is not a floater

p.s.s. I can see through the moving lines

This is one of the most frequent complaints on this forum that baffles people. This could be an ophthalmic or eye migraine BUT there are other more serious things that might cause this including problems in the heart, brain and blood vessels.

It need evaluation by seeing an ophthalmologist (Eye MD) as well as an evaluation by your personal physician. The older you are when these things start the more likely it is to be due to a disease other than eye migraine.

Please have it properly evaluated.
