Head pulsations and pulsatile tinnitus

For 8 months I have had pulsatile tinnitus. I have learned to live with the swishing sound in my head that at times may be loud and last longer than other times. The thing that bothers me is for the past 4 months I also feel my heart beating at the base of my skull or in my neck when I exercise. I have decreased my exercising to prevent this. If I run in place for 1-2 minutes it feels like something is bouncing in my head, almost as if my brain was moving around. I do not have headaches. My blood pressure stays normal. I am 49 y/o and basically healthy. I also have a bruit on the right side of my neck.
The following test all are normal: Carotid ultrasound, Chemistries, CBC, Thyroid lab test, stress test, MRI/MRA of the brain, CT of temporal bones, audiology test. The doctors I mentioned the pulsations to do not feel it is of importance. I do not feel it is normal to feel my heart beat in my head, yet it is not pulsating in my chest area where the heart is.

I have PT also and notice that it gets worse when I take my pain medication.
