Lyrica too expensive ask for Gabbapentin

Hi All,
Noticed that more than a few on this board are taking Lyrica. Me too. I lost my insurance so now I've been paying out of pocket. My doc gave me gabba pentin instead....Lyrica was costing 300 for 30 pills.
I was also put on Avinza...another costly one. Now the doc put me on oramorph...still expensive but less than the Avinza.
To be honest, I didn't think either was helping...I was taking 3 of the Lyrica, 1 Avinza, and 3 vics and 3 somas a day (last two for breakthrough). Didn't think they worked until I ran out....

you were prob having rebound pain from w/d of the drugs
