I think they recommend a vegetarian diet for blood type A. You need to do some searching and perhaps buy the book ?

The entire theory of "blood type diets" has been discredited. It's bunk.

Cut back on carbs as much as you can and do high intensity physical exercise and you'll get into shape quickly and stay there.
