5/05 had Rhinoplasty & chin implant. Revcd Staph infect in face/chin & had it for 8 wks. 7/05 Chin implant was remvd & nose revision was done because a bump remained on left side. My nose collapsed during revision. Rebuilt w/Alloderm. Upon awakening and each day since w/o repreieve, I have a constant FIRE in the core of my brain, behind eyes,in temples & base of my skull. Tremendous pressure in my head. Had clear fluid drainage, now 2 yrs later has reduced to 1x every 3 mos. Drainage has a foul odor. MRI & CT are clear. Never had Lumbar Punc. If CSF sealed itself, would I still have these symptoms. Is it something diff. What tests can I do? Have been on All pain meds, hosp for pain mgmt, seizure meds, NO REPRIEVE. HELP PLS!!

Your problem is beyond the scope of both plastic surgery and this forum.  You clearly need expertise with a team that deals with pain management.  Find the nearest university center where this problem can be evaluated and treated.
