Bad Breast Reduction?

by WhereTheGobblinsGo, Aug 03, 2007 12:00AM
I'm seventeen and I had a breast reduction last year; I'm went from a 38DD to a comfortable C. Though it is a great relief for them to be smaller, they don't seem right. My "key-hole" scar is more than the width of two fingers and a blue-ish purple in colour; there was a small lump under each breast after surgery, my left breast settled and the lump vanished but my right one is still clearly there; my right nipple is inverted; without my bra, my breast sag far to low than is normal for my age.  Are these typical after effects I shouldn't worry about, or should I contact another plastic surgeon?

It wounds like a revision of your scars and shape may be appropriate.  We would all like to achieve perfect results, but sometimes good healing and scarring does not occur.  I would discuss your concerns in detail with your original surgeon.  It is likely he/she will be able to help you.
