Pregnancy is the first concern in a reproductive age woman.
Menopause is the other possibility in women over 40 years of age.
There are other things like brain tumors that can cause loss of periods, but these are rare.
Please get evaluated by a gynecologist at your next opportunity. loss of periods in reproductive aged women can sometimes put you at incresased risk for uterine tumors.
