Child with PCH2

My 7 month old daughter was just diagnosed w/ PCH2 (ponto cerebral hypoplasia). There is very little info online about this disorder and I am looking for info on the disorder and poss. specialists in this area. I don;t care where they are located, I will travel. Also, I am interested on hearing from other parents of children with PCH. Thank you!
