i was wondering if my head injury was a direct result of wetting the bed  i have to wear a diaper at night  and when i wake up  well you  know it wet and i dont understand why i dont feel it or wake up or anything  here is the history  when i was 3 i fell out of a 2 story apt window and landed on my head the front of my head hit on the walkway and as a result i cant smell taste and have a hard time feeling pain the doctors said my brain will replace and fix itself but there is a lot of ////wires  that dont go nowhere but in circles /// never really getting to where they are suposse to go its like they run off into space never to be seen again im perfectly fine on the outside no problems or nothing just at night  i need to wear a  diaper to sleep  been so long kinda used to it now but will it ever improve  to where i dont need one?????????????

You might benefit from an evaluation by a urogynecologist. THey may be able to help diagnose why you are having this problem.
