I'm a senior member on another Neuro site. It's different in all persons, but one sees the same patterns after awhile, if your speechHearing or speech impairment - resources Speech disorders does not get worse this will be a good sign.To early to tell at this point.
I d not know if this will help, but my dad has ALS and it started in his arms, but the best thing to do is consult your doctor and then a speech therapist because ALS is very difficult to diagnos and you want to have the correct information not just what the doctor may possibly think.
