Pediatric Stroke

Can there be a relationship between Antinuclear Antibodies (positive ANA test), anticoagulation, and brain lesions (old stroke in a pediatric patient) that have shown up in an MRI?

ANA sometimes is present in some autoimmune conditions such as lupus.  Lupus can present with a hypercoagulable state (prone to coagulation and clotting) which can lead to strokes.

The doctors did more testing for Lupus all which came back normal.  My daughter is 13 and they say is also way to young for Lupus.  We are now being referred to St. Jude.  What other blood disorders cause antinuclear antibodies and a high anticoagulation count?  Her first symptoms were headaches, which led to the MRI that showed the lesions of an old stroke in her cerebellum.
