throat migrane

istly as i have brakfast ,and i come o/side house , i have pain in my head and this pain istly come in throat on upper side and then in eyes i.e above eyes and down the eyebrow & then I have lot of lazziness, keeping long yawnings, & my body goes out of my control but when in such situation i kept on walking my throat get more vilant i.e more pulsation starts and everywhere pain starts but when i took medicine of migrane then slowly my lazziness stops, my body comes in control but after sometime it starts again.
iindly i have respiratory problem, when i walk in upper told position my throat pulse + my heart got sunking. iam also gaining weight in more frequently , i tested TSH BUT IT IS IN CONTROL
NEXT MY LEGS GOT VERY MCH HARDENED ALONG WITH THIS I HAVE ALSO CONSTIPATION
