what is it your body gets addicted tooo acephetamine or the oxycontin.  i mean because ive heard people say when going through withdrawals if you eat enough acephetamine the withdrawals goaway but does that make you start the proces of detox all over again or it minimizes the withdrawals and does it work im not really sure how the entiire process works

Someone is BS'ing you, no amount of amphetamine is going to stop opiate WD.  It will help with some of the aches and pains because it is a non-narcotic painkiller but it is the OXY that is physically addictive that is giving you the WD symptoms.

Because it is a painkiller but it will neither prolong or shorten your withdrawal symptoms.   It is okay to take as prescribed.

so i can take it and still detox?

Yes, you can take amphetamine during detox as long you take it as prescribed on the bottle.  If you take too much you will damage your liver

OK...we're confusing some things here. There's no such drug as acephetamine. I think you're talking about acetaminophen. Acetaminophen is the drug added to Percocts, Vicodin, etc. It's also known as Tylenol as a brand name or sometimes referred to as APAP. Amphetamine is a class of drugs and not close to acetaminophen. Amphetamines are the drugs like Adderall, Ritalin, and many, many others. They are stimulants. These drug names can get confusing at times. I'm all the time getting Zantac, Zyrtec, and Xanax mixed up.

And..I meant Percocet not Percocts.

You are right, I meant and was referring to Tylenol, very sorry for the confusion

Acetaminophen will not hinder detox. It's recommended that you keep daily dosages below 4 grams. It can cause severe damage to the liver if taken in dosages that exceed 4 grams. And, it's a pleasure to meet you also, Rayy...
