Well to start. Im 19 years old. Im a Marine so im generally fit.

My problem is discomfort in the bladder/prostate region. Its almost Always there except for a breif period after I urinate which is dificult. In public, I usually have to go into a stall and stick a finger in my anus to get a stream started. and I usually have to do this 5 times throughout a work day. I have been seeing a urologist and its not an std or anything obvious. and I think hes about to give up on me, saying its a mental issue rather then a physical problem, which i know is wrong. This problem is ruining my life so any help would surely be appreciated.
