Sounds like a plan. You are on your way. Sending strength you way with the PTPost-traumatic stress disorder and your goal, I'm sure it will have it's challenges. So glad there were no clotsBlood clots too! Whew.
Nuero's assistant just called, she is putting my reports in the mail today, if I have them Thursday than my neighbor can fax the packet to JHH on Friday.
I have all of my mri's and blood flow studies. My NS writes to my rheumatologist after every visit to report his findings and sends me a copy, so I have all of those. I'm just waiting on the ncv/emg and was told that they would be mailed to me this week.
I have decided to do the nerve block and have that scheduled for next Tuesday. My personal goal is to be driving by Labor Day Weekend, then start intensive outpatient PT to try and retain as much muscular control as I can. My right calf is noticiably larger than my left one, and it is on the right side that I have the most weakness and spasms. But, no clots were found in either leg. I'm also going to be fitted for a lumbar-sacral back brace tomorrow to wear "as needed" such as when I'm tired, having spasms or cramps in my legs, driving or doing things such as housework and gardening.
