Saturated fats

by tugar1288, Aug 22, 2007 08:05AM
Salmon is supposed to be so good for you but it has so much saturated fat in one serving that it excedes my goal of 10% saturated fat. After my Lipid Profile indicated very high risk one of the things my Dr said was to eat salmon.  He also said to limit saturated fats.  So my question is - is the fat in salmon not really a bad thing?  Also how often should I be eating it?
