HELP!

i recently had nausea, vomiting, cramping on my left side, and dark yellowish orange urine...what could it be????????????

You could be dehydrated that is why your urine is dark yellowish orange.....  Maybe you just have a stomch bug going on.  Try to drink alot of water.  How long this been going on?

What kind of infection> I have the same thing? Dark Orange Urine tested neg for hep panal, liver panal and hiv at 6 months.. what kind of infection.. went to my stupid doctor who did nothing for me!  Hate doctors who are lazy!

Could also be a kidney stone!  I have lots and lots of them and often have the symptoms you describe!  The dark color of the urine with an orange tint maybe be blood. ...,

I use a 10 way dipstick that checks for blood, WBC, nitrates, protein etc.  Often when I am passing a stone I have blood in my urine.  When I have protein in my urine it is also dark etc.
