Yep, I had two small masses in one of my breasts about 3 1/2 years ago.  I had mine removed b/c I was told they can cause problems later.  I'm not sure I would do it again though.  I just wonder if it was really necessary.  Anyway, it was just a day surgery for me.  It wasn't too painful.  I healed pretty quickly and haven't had any problems since.

Nothing is going right for me this year. i started clomid this a couple of days ago. i wonder if i should wait and have them removed after this months cycle just in case i get pregnant. prob. wont this month because of all the stress.

My sister is 22 and she just had one removed in October. She found it, I think earlier last summer, and had a biopsy to figure out what it was. She was told to just keep an eye on it and notice any changes, and she did for awhile. Then suddenly it grew and became very painful so she went ahead and had it removed. She said the biopsy actually hurt more than the surgery. She was up and alert the next day and wasn't in too much pain either. Good luck! Just keep doing those breast exams. And I'm so sorry about the m/c.

I was diagnosed with this bout 14yrs ago. I have a lump in my left breast and have had numerous mammograms and ultrasounds. It was suggested, i leave it be, which i have. I have since had 4 kids and breastfed, no probs....

I'm 38, a single mom of a 13 yr old daughter and after having a recent mammogram that led to having two mammograms done in one day, they found not only 2 large cysts but the doctor picked up on something that concerned her.  She came into the room to do some testing herself through ultrsound and told me she found an adenoma with debris in it.  What that all means I'm not sure so if anyone else knows I'd love to get the heads up.  I know surgery is coming up to remove all of this as she doesn't think doing a biopsy will give them enough fluid to test and would be a waste to do.  Anyone have any suggestions?
