Dear Worriedhusband2:  This ultrasound report is stating that your wife has dense breast tissue with some nodules that have benign characteristics.  In other words, these nodules do not look suspicious to the radiologist.  The cystic nodule is actually fluid filled.  If you are concerned, you and your wife may want to discuss these results with her doctor.
