Click on "Forums" and go to the Weight loss forum again, but click on "Alternatives to (I am now forgetting how this is worded), but you want the "Alternative" forum and not the "Natural weight loss" forum. You will get all of your questions answered there. Hope that helps. I think one of the reasons, if not the main reason that this forum was split up not quite a year ago was because there were so many questions regarding the HCG injections, that there was no room for discussion regarding other methods used for weight loss.
