Lower Motor Neuron

Hi, Im 25 girl with undiagnosed motor neuron disorder.MY third EMG showed lower motor neuron demages in 4 limbs.I dont have brisk reflexes, clonus etc.Ive been to 5 neuros and still dont have the answer whats wrong with me.All have started with 7-months headache (muscles of my head seemd to be stiff).MRI normal.2 months ago I checked Lyme titters and I hac PCR test positive and ELISA IGm positive.IM 4th mont on abx but there are no big changes.I have also slightly elevated Thyroid TSH hormone.I also have myoclonic jerks (head and legs). Im very confused and scared.
