I probably can't tell you more than what your urologic work up has revealed. The two major things to be concerned about are new onset urge incontinence and a vesico- or uretero-vaginal fistula (a connection that has formed between the vagina and the bladder or vagina and the ureter--the ureter is the tube that carries urine from the kidney to the bladder). Perhaps a dye test could be helpful (ie, back fill the bladder with blue dye and place a tampon in the vagina. If the tampon turns blue a fistula is present.) If not, a urodynamic study may be helpful.
Best of luck,
