Cat has eye boogers

by Simonthecat, Aug 28, 2007 01:06PM
My cat has had some eye boogers that are white and a little bigger than the size of a pea. He has only had them twice in the 4 days. He also gets the darker colored eye crusties sometimes. Is this something I should take him in for? Thanks!

Yes if they recur often and are itchy.  Itching can cause your cat to rub his eyes or scratch around them and cause corneal ulceration which is more serious than the average eye discharge.
