My fiance has had the regular pains of having a period, but she has hardly had any blood. Should this be something to worry about, and what can she do.

She could take a pregnancy test.  If it is negative, she might have just had an anovulatory cycle or an ovarian cyst (neither terribly serious).  But she should take a pregnancy test just to be sure to rule out that possibility.
