stress problem

by footballcoach, Aug 30, 2007 12:05AM
Recently i have been under a lot of stress at work.  Due to the stress i feel a lump in my throat and it's driving me crazy.  I went to a doctor just to make sure it was not anything else.  They but me on leaquin and prenazone i see if it was due to an infection.    Since then the doctor feels in the lump in my throat is due to stress from work.  I have been thinking about trying seredyn for the stress.  What is your feeling or suggestion to deal with the stress.

You seem to be able to trace your stress directly to work issues.  No drug will solve your work issues.  I'd focus on the real-life stress first... by tackling the problems causing stress at work.  If that doesn't relieve your stress, then I'd look to other remedies.  But meds, over the long haul, just end up making the anxiety worse for many people.  A little fact they often neglect to tell you when doling out the meds.

Good luck!

Meditation and deep breathing exercises do wonders for reliveing stress. Keep in mind it usually takes a little while before you start seeing results but keep at it.
