MS can present with vague neurological complaints, but the negative MRI makes this less likely (not impossible).  For more confirmatory evidence, consider further testing such as somatosensory evoked potentials which checks the pathway of the nerve signal from your foot or hand up through the spinal cord to the brain.  This may be helpful as you have some sensory complaints. Other tests include routine blood work to check for thyroid disease, diabetes, electrolyte abnormalities and anemia.  Also, EMG may be considered if a peripheral neuropathy is suspected. Finally, it's important to keep in mind that anxiety and stress can cause similar symptoms. Good luck.
