Need you Opinion

Im a 28 y/o male for some weeks now ive been experiencing right facial tingling...mostly cheek area ...ringing in ears..and left sided heaviness(arm and leg)..i was admitted to the stoke unit at hospital in NYC they did mri/mra...echo...many blood tests...and lumbar puncture.....all came back negative...so im really confused...where should i look next this happens every day.....when i say left sided heaviness its not a true weakness but it feels that way but the nuro exam is normal even during symptoms.....one of the docs mentioned conversion disorder ...but they mentiend that im a little hypr reflexive in legs and little hyporeflexive in arms........theny one day the tested babinski reflex..one morning toe went up little next down little......vey confusing symptoms...............thanks for letting me ramble any thoughts or ideas are appreciated

It sounds like the doctors in NY did all that major tests to help evalaute for stroke, MS, clotting didorders, and inflammatory conditions. Are you a migraine sufferer? If you are these could represent a form of complicated migraine. The alternating examination in the hospital is difficult to explain. If it was not done by the same physician, it may just be technique. If you are still in doubt perhaps a second opinion as an out-patient would be reasonable. Good luck.
