My best friend has been diagnosed her illness as septum pellucidum knub or ventricle knub.

from the name of disease, you can know the position of knub. the size of the knub is 3~4 cm.

the hospital's advice is to take the cerebrum surgery.

it's very important to us, please give us some advice, thanks a lot to anyone see this message.

1ˇ˘Is there any other way of therapy, except of cerebrum surgery. Like take some specifically medicine.

2ˇ˘Is there any hospital or doctor has very succeed experience in this field, we need his help.

3ˇ˘if cerebrum surgery is must to be done, how about the death rate?

We realy need you help, thank you very very much!

I believe you are referring to a mass in this region. Without knowing what the mass is I cannot recommend a particular treatment or risks. If you are uncertain about the prior doctors recommendations, then obtaining a second opinion would be reasonable. Good luck.
