MRI image - Need proffessional opinion

Hey there,
In the last 9 monthes i fainted aprox 6 times.
I had a positive tilt test and i fainted after 9 minutes in 70deg position.

I took a CT scan, and after the doctor suspected something in the CT scan he sent me to take the MRI scan.

Yesterday i did the MRI scan and got the CD.
I know nothing about analaysing MRI footage or anything of that sort.
But browsing the images I did find something which i find odd.
I wanted to ask if any of u see something strange in that white spot i found in the image.

First of all, keep in mind that I am unable to diagnose you because I am unable to examine you, this forum is for educational purposes.
    The MRI picture that you have posted is too limited to comment on, since part of the picute is missing and there is no text that would state whether contrast was given or not.  What I can say is that it is a midsaggital slice of the brain (imagine a plane that divides you head into two halves with one eye on each side).  The spot in question appears to be in the midline, an possibly in the falx (a part of the covering of the brain).  This would be most consistent with a meningioma, which are often benign findings and would not be expected to cause your syncope.  I would suspect from your description that you have vaso-vagal syncope or a syndrome called POTS (postural othostatic tachycardia syndrome), and I would recommend that you see a cardiologist.  Rarely syncope can be caused by dysfunction in the autonomic nervous system and your neurologist can order a Qsart to help determine this.

Yes it looks odd to me.  Do you have any other symptoms other than fainting.  Its funny you think your images look odd I have posted my images here to thinking some spots on mine look odd and yet have failed to be diangnosed myself.  I can send you my linkss too, since you want to see odd spots. What did they say was on the CT scan any ideas.

All i know is that they were looking for CVA in the MRI scan, due to the resaults of the CT scan.

And yes ill be glad if u could share some of your images with me.

Tomorrow i am going to see the doctor and he is going to take a look at the MRI CD.
So ill know better about this spot.

A resolving intracranial bleed seems to be the only thing that explains your fainting episodes but it is hard to say without knowing your medical history.  Multiple sclerosis would give you other symptoms and a brain tumour would have to be much larger in order to cause your fainting episodes I would think.  I hope that you have seen the doctor and have some answers by now.

these scans ar interesting, I didn't know they would put them on CDs for a person, wish I had asked for mine when I had them done. I had a CT-scan about a year ago, then another one plus an MRI almost three months ago. The one a year ago had to do with 1/2 of my had going numb, but it jut turned out to be a pinched nerve in the palm. This last problem was because I had problems with my speech and writing. my post for this is down below this one. Anyhow all my Ct-scan and MRI showed was a TBI from long ago with frontal lobe damage. I sure would have liked to have seen it. But I guess it doesn't really matter. It would hae been interesting.
