what could the bleeding mean?

I'm bleeding at 4 weeks 6 days. nothing too heavy, not like a period although have had one small clot. GP can't do anything as it's a weekend and I'm at my wits end. I've have a lap&hysto with some ovarian drilling and 8 days into my 1st full cycle (typically 31 days long) i had a bleed. OBGY said to carry on trying. Had same symptoms as my 1st pregnancy, extremely tired and breasts tingling, etc. and then all of this suddenly. which brings me to my question - what could this be, other than the obvious, a m/c? i'm resting and trying to take things easy... PLEASE HELP!!

Unfortunately it's a waiting game. Like you said, it could mean the start of a m/c, or some pregnancies have unexplained bleeding and go to full term. Good luck!

I am just at 5 weeks. I spot off and on. I wish I could send you all this literature I have about early symptoms and what to expect the first few weeks. The cramping and spotting is VERY normal. Now if the bleeding is very heavy(red) with extreme pains seek your RE.

Bleeding is pretty common, I had bleeding with my last preg. and had a very healthy full term baby . A friend of mine bled throughout her whole preg. and she had a full term healthy baby also... Just rest and try not to stress( I know its hard) I will be praying for you and your baby !!!
