I was diagnosed w/ Graves Disease on April 17 after being incredibly unwell since January.

Can you pls help me understand what's going on? Why has my TSH sunk to nearly nothing?

I think you need to see a thyroid expert if possible.  You are still hyperthyroid (TSH low).  There has been some interest in this block/replace (ie PTU and lio/levo), but this is not typically used -- esp in the united states -- and has not been proven to be more effective than straight anti-thyroid drugs (PTU or strumazol in your country).

Migraines are aggravated by hyperthyroidism.

Cannot give specific suggestions, but would usually use PTU or Strumazol alone and get the T4 and T3 normal first, then in time, the TSH will come up.
