extreme thirst -- anxiety ymptom?

by problemmatic, Sep 04, 2007 10:29AM
For quite some time I have had frequent, at times extreme, thirst.  Also high urine output especially on waking, and sometimes during the night.  My blood sugar is high but not high enough to be considered diabetic, and I am told this cannot possibly be related to the symptom and that it is probably yet another manifestation of my anxiety disorder, made worse by my obsessionality with bodily symptoms.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I have also had the same problem for over a month.  Have gone to two doctors which tell me it might be acid reflux, which I don't believe.  Sugur is also 106 fasting which they claim has nothing to do.  Have you had any other diagnois so far.  I know it's been a year since you posted this.  Hope you get this.

Thanks

Marissa
