I am 50 years old, I have done a nose job on 07/08/07. the doctor also told me that as i have wrinkel in my forehead he also inject botox at the same time on to my forehead to lift my eybrow this nose job and botox was done at the same time  was through annestetic . first they inject me wth botox and then they did my nose. 3 days after operation by right eye lid was dropped and the dr said this happened as he inject the botox near eye and it will go. th eyelid now is better but my right side when i smile is different with left side the dr says all gets better but i am very afraid. i am very happy with the nose but my face is not similar in left and right. still i  have swellen and i have pain with my eyes especially as i am working with copmuter. like my nerve in right is weaker than left . dr says it gets better but please let me know am i really get better.

The duration of muscle paralyzing effect of Botox is usually four to six months.  Any asymmetry of your face as a result of the Botox will resolve after that period of time.
