Reddish pink spot on skin plus white looking freckles

I am been noticing numberous reddish pinkisk spot, on various places on skin three or four on both legs and some on my abdomen and upper inside of arms some are pin point some are bigger, Also white freckles appearing over my body and burning skin sensations on my forearms, upper back and thighs also muscle cramps on things. The red spots don't fade when touched. Also been have small yellowish bruises varying over body that come and go.

I'm putting the itching sensation down to a change of Water and temp, as i have just spent the five and half months in South East Asia .
