climaxing

I have been having sexual intercorse with my boyfriend for 2 years now and i have never climaxed. he is my first but i am not his first i know he has not had this problem with a girl before which makes me feel stupid. i have come really close to it but cant quite get there. During intercorse i get i nice feeling where my clits stimulated but then when i think im about to come the feeling has gone and i am not in the mood to carry on having sex, leaving my boyfriend to fend for himself.it is pretty much the same during foreplay aswell but during that my clit feels extremely tender and uncomfortable which again i have to push him away i just cant get passed it. me and my boyfriend are usually very spontaneous in the bed room and will try anythin the get me to climax but nothing. i have disgusted my problem with a few good friends of mine who have no problem climaxing with their partners and took their advice, different positions, sex toys but unfortunately i still cant come. it is effecting our sex life badly and i am scared it will get in between our love life too. can you help me?
  many thanks

first of all i do not know if you have phimosis.secondly phimosis in uncircumcised men has been extensively researched and many cures are available to men but phimosis in uncircumcised females has been ignored so no one knows if the alternative treatments available to men would work for women.and this is sad because 10% of men will get it but 25% of women will also.

if you think your clitoral hood is too tight or adhered to your clitoris you might be able to fix it but you should go to a gynocologist and get treatment if you cannot.i will give you alternatives to circumcision that have been used by men because it is all i have and they might work for you.

the first option would be using topical steroids and stretching your skin with your fingers or a device the topical steroids are clobetasol propionate or betamethasone dipropionate.the second option would be a minor surgery called a z-plasty.

these devices are designed for men.
