menstrual problem

i am 17.i reached puberty at the age of 11.immediately after that my periods stopped for about 3 months.this situation continued till i was 16.after that i had periods every month and the gap was 34-36 days.once or twice it also became 24-30 days.i have heavy bleeding and cramps.my periods lasts from 6-7 days.during those days i feel very weak and irritated.i also sometimes feel a bit nauseated.please help.
